My first one arrived all bent up because it was shipped in a mailer, not a box. It’s metal, but not super strong so I’m sure anything that was placed on it during shipping was going to damage it. I agreed to a replacement because I was told it would be shipped in a box this time. The replacement for the bent one arrived broken in two pieces. Seems like it would be a nice caddy for tea cups and saucers, but the chances of you getting it without damage are slim to none.
