The only issue I had was the silverware tray did not fit correctly because the metal brackets were not aligned symmetrically so the tray did not mount correctly. We had to drill a hole further out and realign the brackets.Additional comment: The silverware tray tilts easily because there are no brackets or indentions to prevent the shift & sometimes the silverware falls through the back.The basic apparatus is fine . The silverware Piece does not properly fit togetherWe’ve had this dish rack for a decade and it gets used daily. I recently bought a second rack because it also works really well for thawing meat. It folds down to almost nothing, which makes it great for smaller spaces, and it’s held up perfectly for years.Love things like this that are both beautiful and easy to assemble! Perfect for your kitchen!The wood warmed up the stainless steel kitchen.Such a great piece!Seemed fine other than missing the 2nd tier, on two separate orders. Disappointed, needed that cup shelf that was pictured.
